History
Leather Bridle was raised in Tailfeather to two chocobo-hunting parents. She has an older brother Riding Saddle, twin younger brother and sister Reliable Stirrup and Yellow Feather, and youngest sister Woolen Blanket. The whole family participates in the business of chocobo hunting, whether it's catching the chocobos, training and caring for them, or selling them on.Leather's family always liked to travel in the off-season, and so she and her siblings were given a perhaps unusual amount of free rein in nearly every corner of Eorzea growing up, while their parents picked up odd jobs or took some vacation time.At the age of 17, Leather set off for her first off-season alone, choosing Limsa Lominsa as her adventuring base. That first year was a little rough, barely making ends meet and making as many enemies as friends, but she returned to her family home for hunting season and was eager to try again the next year.
